The Maxwell Haywood Memorial Scholarship and Development Fund (MHMSD Fund) is established to remember the organization's founding Chairman, Maxwell "Iwaki" Haywood who served from the inception of the organization in 2010 until his untimely passing in November 2017. The fund will serve to remember Haywood's legacy of development work and to advance his vision for the Vincentian Diaspora and his homeland St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
